Our Return Policy
At EasTTradition Custom Jewelry we want you to be happy with each and every piece in your collection. If within the first 30 days of your purchase you decide you want to exchange or return your custom design, just send us an email and we will either send you a new piece or refund your money.
If at any point during the life of your custom piece, the rare event occurs where it is damaged or broken, contact us and we will do whatever we can to repair it.
